International markets represent an important part of the market mix for AEC. Export markets represent a proven way to diversify and expand our business. At present our focus is on GCC nations and CIS countries. Our strategic location also helps to reap the benefits of re-export.

Global Operations division is responsible for the overall operations related to import and export of products and to ensure compliance with current rules and regulations.

Our global operations team formalizes international market research activities in selecting suitable markets abroad, visits of foreign markets on fact-finding tours before entry, monitoring of national and international business press for product-related activities, etc

The other key areas of the department’s operations include preparation of quotation for the overseas clients, setting up payment terms and tariffs, handling payment discrepancies with agents and vendors, assisting accounting department to ensuring payments are received in time, building relationships that will be beneficial to the growth of the company and negotiating tariffs from vendors.
